Main Lodge
The main lodge has 26 rooms. Rooms 1-12 and 21-26 have private baths with one queen and 2 sets of bunks. Rooms 13, 14 19 and 20 have one queen and 2 sets of bunks. Bath is just outside of room. Rooms 15, 16, 17 and 18 have one queen and 3 sets of bunks.
Bath is just outside of room. Linens may be purchased for $5. This includes a set of sheets, pillow case and bath towel. Maximum sleeping capacity is 138 kids or 168 adults.
Activity Center
The activity center has six rooms. Room 1 has 6 bunks, the bath is outside the room. Room 2 has 5 bunks and a bath. Room 3 has 6 bunks and a bath. Room 4 has 4 bunks and a bath outside of room. Room 5 has 2 bunks and a bath. Room 6 has 2 bunks and a bath. Rooms 7 and 8 are not rentals. Maximum sleeping capacity is 50. The activity center also houses our gymnasium, game and craft rooms and chapel. The chapel can accommodate 200.
Ponderosa Cabins
There are nine cabins at Ponderosa. Cabins 4 and 8 each have 1 double and 7 single beds. Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 each have 1 double and 5 single beds. Cabins 2, 3, 6 and 7 have adjoining doors. The Ponderosa yurt has 5 bunks. Maximum sleeping capacity is 77.
High Chaparral Cabins
There are ten cabins at High Chaparral. Cabins 12 and 20 each have 1 double and 7 single beds. Cabins 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 each have 1 double and 5 single beds. Cabin 11 has 1 double and one single bed. Cabins 15, 16, 18, and 19 have adjoining doors. The High Chaparral yurt has 5 bunks. Maximum sleeping capacity is 80.
Willis Brown Chalet
Beautiful mountain chalet with magnificent Pikes Peak views. Chalet is available in whole or in part. Rent from 2 bedrooms up to the complete home.
