Come be part of an amazing ministry that focuses on impacting lives through a variety of ways. While at Golden Bell we have our counselors focus on hand-on ministry. When we view ministry we understand that the most important factor in a campers journey is their counselor. Counselors have the opportunity to be a campers funny friend, spiritual mentor, and lifelong memory. At Golden Bell, our main focus is meeting campers where they are spiritually and bringing them along in their faith to what God has next for them.

There is a whole host of ways that can radically change a campers life and you will get to be a part of it. All summer staff will join in the ministry that is Golden Bell, from the kitchen to the rock climbing. There will be many opportunities for you to try new things and also work hard in the process. You will get a chance to lead kids in experiencing the great outdoors and how everything around us is God's creation. Or leading a teen to Christ by connecting his/her faith to stepping off the rappel rock for the first time.

We are looking for college age students that will be part of the summer ministry here at Golden Bell. Typical summer staff positions last from Late May-First Week of August.

Step 3: You will be contacted for your interview time and follow up questions

Step 4: Hiring begins January 2012 and finalized by April 2012
